Last updated October 2026. Prices on this website are starting prices. They are not a final quote or a booking. A consultation date and time you choose on the quote form is a request only, and we confirm the exact time with you. Before we accept a booking, we confirm your price, what's included, your address, available dates and sales tax.

What's included and add-ons

What's included is listed in your written quote. Interior window glass and sills on regular, reachable windows are included in every clean. Window screens, outside glass and hard-to-reach windows are not. Add-ons cost extra. Very large, very dirty or hard-to-reach jobs may need a custom price. We won't add any charge you haven't approved.

Standard Clean or Deep Clean

The Standard Clean price is for homes that are already kept up. A Deep Clean is based on the condition of your home, like heavy buildup, and is usually only needed for the first visit. You can't choose a Deep Clean on the quote form, but you can mention it. If your home needs one, we quote it the day of your cleaning, and we start only after you approve the price. We won't charge more than the price you approved.

3-month plan

The 3-month plan is one Standard Clean per month for three months, at 15% off our regular monthly price. Add-ons are not discounted. You pay for all three visits in advance, after you approve your quote. The plan does not renew automatically.

Canceling, rescheduling and refunds

Before you pay, we give you our cancellation, rescheduling and refund rules in writing, including for the 3-month plan. This website does not charge any cancellation fee.

Payment and tax

You pay only after you approve a written final price from us, using the secure payment link we send you or the Pay page. This quote form never takes payment. Minnesota charges sales tax on home cleaning. We add state and local sales tax to your final price, based on your address.
