Every standard clean includes interior window glass and sills on regular, reachable windows. The 3-month plan is one standard clean a month for 3 months, 15% off each visit, with all three paid upfront after you approve your quote. It does not renew automatically. Weekly, every-2-weeks and one-time prices are per visit and don't get the 15% discount. "Every 2 weeks" means about 26 visits a year. All prices are starting prices before Minnesota sales tax. Your final price can change with your home's size, extra bathrooms, condition and pets.
Deep Clean, for heavy buildup.
Most homes start with a Standard Clean. A Deep Clean is based on your home's condition, like heavy buildup. You can't pick it on the quote form, but you can mention it. If your home needs one, we quote it the day of your cleaning.

Starting prices before Minnesota sales tax. If you're on the 3-month plan and your home needs a Deep Clean, the first visit is at the Deep Clean price (no plan discount) and your other visits stay at your plan price. Extra bathrooms add to the price.

Is this my final price?
No, these are starting prices. After you send your details, we confirm your final price in writing before you book. It depends on your home's size, bathrooms, condition and what you want cleaned.
Are interior windows included?
Yes. Interior glass and sills on regular, reachable windows are part of every clean. Window screens, outside glass, and windows that need a ladder are not included. We would price those separately.
Do I choose Standard or Deep Clean?
No. A Deep Clean is based on your home's condition, so you can't pick it on the quote form, but you can mention it. If your home needs one, we quote it the day of your cleaning. Homes that are already kept up get the Standard price.
Does the first cleaning cost more?
Only if your home has heavy buildup. In that case the first visit is a Deep Clean, and after that you move to your regular price.
How does the 3-month plan work?
You approve your quote, then pay for 3 cleanings at once, before the first visit. You get one cleaning each month at 15% off our regular monthly price. The plan does not renew automatically.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Before you pay, we give you our cancellation, rescheduling and refund rules in writing, including for the 3-month plan. We won't charge any fee that isn't in that document.
Are supplies included?
We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment. If you want us to use a specific product, tell us ahead of time.
Is sales tax included?
No. Minnesota charges sales tax on home cleaning. We add it to your final price, based on your address.
