Standard Clean

Our regular clean. Choose one-time, weekly, every 2 weeks, or the 3-month plan (one visit a month, paid upfront, 15% off).

Kitchen

• Wipe countertops, backsplash and tables
• Clean and shine the sink and faucet
• Wipe the outside of the fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave
• Wipe cabinet fronts and handles
• Empty the trash cans
• Sweep and mop the floor

Bathrooms

• Clean and disinfect the toilet (seat, bowl and base)
• Clean the sink, counter and faucet
• Clean the tub or shower and glass doors
• Clean mirrors and shine fixtures

Bedrooms, living areas and hallways

• Dust reachable surfaces, furniture, shelves and decor
• Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures you can reach
• Remove cobwebs from reachable corners
• Wipe light switches and door handles
• Vacuum carpets and rugs
• Vacuum and mop hard floors
• Light tidying

Interior windows (included)

• Clean interior glass and sills on regular, reachable windows

Deep Clean

For homes with heavy buildup, or a long time since the last professional clean. It includes everything in the Standard Clean, plus the extra scrubbing below.

Based on your home's conditionYou can't choose a Deep Clean on the quote form, but you can mention it. If your home needs one, we quote it the day of your cleaning.

Everything in the Standard Clean, plus:

Kitchen

• Degrease the stovetop and the outside of the range hood
• Scrub the backsplash and sink
• Scrub cabinet fronts, handles and the outside of all appliances
• Wipe small appliances on the counters

Bathrooms

• Scrub soap scum and buildup from the tub, tile and shower glass
• Remove hard-water spots from fixtures
• Scrub the toilet base and behind the seat hinges
• Wipe vanity doors and drawers

Whole home

• Wipe baseboards
• Wipe door frames and doors, and spot-clean walls
• Wipe vent covers and ceiling fan blades
• Clean window tracks you can reach, plus interior glass and sills
• Vacuum under furniture that is easy to move
• Scrub light switch plates

Move-In / Move-Out Clean

For empty homes before or after a move.

Everything in the Deep Clean, plus:

Kitchen and pantry

• Clean inside all empty cabinets and drawers
• Wipe pantry shelves

Closets and storage

• Wipe shelves and rods in empty closets
• Clean built-in shelving

Bathrooms and the rest of the home

• Clean inside vanities and medicine cabinets
• Wipe light fixtures you can reach
• Clean floors and trim throughout

Appliances

• Inside the oven, refrigerator and microwave are available as add-ons

Optional add-ons for any clean. Prices are per visit and don't get the 3-month plan discount.

• Inside the refrigerator — from $40
  One standard refrigerator in normal condition. Please remove food you don't want moved.
• Inside the oven — from $50
  One oven with normal buildup. Heavy grease is priced separately.
• Inside the microwave — from $15
  Inside of one standard microwave.
• Inside empty kitchen cabinets (up to 12) — from $70
  Cabinets must be emptied before we arrive.
• Extra pet-hair detailing — from $35
  Extra attention in up to 2 rooms. Heavy buildup is priced separately.
