Privacy Policy.
What we do with the information you send us.
Last updated October 2026. When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone, ZIP code, home details, the services you pick, your preferred consultation date and time, and your message.
How we use information
We use it to prepare your price, contact you, schedule cleanings you approve, and keep basic business records. The quote form never asks for payment-card details.
Where it's stored
Our website host, Netlify, receives and stores quote requests for us, and we read them in our email. Payments are handled by our payment provider, not stored on this site. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep quote information as long as we need it to run the business, help customers and follow the law. To ask questions, or to see, correct or delete your information, contact us through our quote request form. We may have to keep some information because the law requires it.
Fonts and photos
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and photos from Unsplash. Those services can see basic details like your IP address when your browser loads them.
